We invite you to come and spend 4 in silence of Mouna. Join us as we journey within, without any distractions. This will be a transformational experience for all who attend.

NOTE: There is NO Hot Yoga on this retreat this is a silent meditation retreat and the instruction is in English. 

The shorter silent retreat is perfect for anyone that is newer to meditation and wants to enjoy a shorter time in meditation and silence. 

On the retreat we offer both shared and private rooms all with shared bathrooms.

Vegan meals will be prepared by Heather & Lezanne, according to Sattvic principles, which aids meditation and digestion. Please let us know of any food allergies you might have when you sign up.

The daily schedule is from 7 am – 9 pm. In addition to seated meditation, we will also be practicing Pranayama (breathing techniques), Yoga, contemplative hiking and offer an art project and mindfulness lectures to help you reflect on things that might be arising for you.

There is a huge garden and swimming pool and a river near by for you to enjoy during your free time. Please note that as this a silent retreat, there will no phones, no journaling, no books, and no music allowed.

You will be responsible for getting to the retreat location. We send out a car sharing excel where people organize their arrival with the other participants.

The benefits of silence and spending time with your mind is absolutely fantastic and you will enjoy feeling the benefits weeks after you leave the retreat.

It is best to have some prior meditation experience before embarking on this silent retreat. Make sure to book, as rooms will fill up fast with this unique retreat and not-to-be-missed location.
