Silent Yoga Retreat

October 24 – October 30, 2021 – 6 day
We invite you to come and spend either 3 days or 6 nights and 5 days in silence of Mouna (voluntary silence). Join us as we journey within, without any distractions. This will be a transformational experience for all who attend.
The 3 day silent retreat is perfect for anyone that is newer to meditation and wants to enjoy a shorter time in meditation and silence. The 5 day silent retreat is for more experienced meditators.
On the 3 day retreat we offer both shared and private rooms all with shared bathrooms. The 5 day retreat we offer shared rooms only, as you will be joining the latter end of a 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training.

Vegan meals will be prepared by Heather, according to Sattvic principles, which aids meditation and digestion. Please let us know of any food allergies you might have when you sign up.
The daily schedule is from 6 am – 9 pm. In addition to seated meditation, we will also be practicing Pranayama (breathing techniques), Yoga, ecstatic dance, contemplative hiking and offer yoga philosophy and mindfulness lectures to help you reflect on things that might be arising for you.
Please note that as this a silent retreat, there will no phones, no books, and no music allowed.
