We invite you to come and spend 4 days in silence of Mouna (voluntary silence). Join us as we journey within, without any distractions. This will be a transformational experience for all who attend.

The 4 day silent retreat is perfect for anyone that is newer to meditation and wants to enjoy a shorter time in meditation and silence. 

On the 4 day retreat we offer both shared and private rooms all with shared bathrooms.

Arrival Time: 17:30pm 
Departure Time: 15:00pm 

Vegan meals will be prepared by Heather & Lezanne, according to Sattvic principles, which aids meditation and digestion. Please let us know of any food allergies you might have when you sign up.

The daily schedule is from 7 am – 9 pm. In addition to seated meditation, we will also be practicing Pranayama (breathing techniques), Yoga, ecstatic dance, contemplative hiking and offer an art project and mindfulness lectures to help you reflect on things that might be arising for you.

There is a huge garden and swimming pool and a river near by for you to enjoy during your free time. Please note that as this a silent retreat, there will no phones, no books, and no music allowed.

It is best to have some prior meditation experience before embarking on this retreat. Make sure to book, as rooms will fill up fast with this unique retreat and not-to-be-missed location.
