Silent Yoga Retreat
Sunday Oct 18th – Saturday Oct 24th 2020
We invite you to come and spend 6 nights and 5 days in silence of Mouna (voluntary silence). Join us as we journey within, without any distractions. This will be a transformational experience for all who attend.
We offer shared rooms only, as you will be joining the latter end of a 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training.
Vegan meals will be prepared by Heather, according to Sattvic principles, which aids meditation and digestion. Please let us know of any food allergies you might have when you sign up.
The daily schedule is from 6 am – 9 pm. In addition to seated meditation, we will also be practising Pranayama (breathing techniques), Yoga, ecstatic dance, contemplative hiking and offer yoga philosophy and mindfulness lectures to help you reflect on things that might be arising for you.
Please note that as this a silent retreat, there will no phones, no books, and no music allowed.

Departure Time: 12:30 pm Saturday, October 24th
It is best to have some prior meditation experience before embarking on this retreat.
