Teacher Trainings

Hot Yoga Academy offers registered hot yoga teacher trainings: 4 intensive 200 hour 4 week formats, combined 26×2 and hot vinyasa trainings in a 6 week format and advanced 300 hour trainings in a 5 week format. The courses will be given in the languages you see below, but you can ask for the manual, ask questions and do the exams in the language that you prefer. Our teachers are bilingual in English and Spanish and can solve all your concerns in your own language.

Hot Yoga Academy is an independent Hot Vinyasa studio in Barcelona specializing in 4 hot yoga intensive teacher trainings a year (Feb, May, July and August). Our hot yoga teacher training courses are certified by the Yoga Alliance.

When the course is completed you will hold a 200h certified yoga instructor license and be able to teach Hot Vinyasa, Hot Hatha and regular temperature yoga in studios anywhere in the world.

The instruction of this 200 hour registered hot yoga teacher training will be completely in English or Spanish, it is important you understand the language and can communicate properly. Included in the course is one month free unlimited hot yoga at the studio before the course starts, during the course and one week after the course finishes.

We will dive deep into meditation, philosophy and the workings of the body and mind with detailed applied anatomy, biomechanics and a 5-day Vipassana Yoga Retreat, where we will spend this transformative time together. We will share, explore and spend our time questioning and learning from each other in a means to grow ourselves and take our yoga businesses to profitable and successful frontiers.
